Crazy Horse Charge - July 8, 2007

Sunday afternoon, a beautiful "Rainy River District" summer day, and more ammunition than a well stocked platoon!

Clan Pheonix Fire, produced 3 fighters, and were eager to engage Team Crazy Horse in battle, once again.

Suddenly, Clan Broken Vulture made it’s presence known, as Khan "Crusty" strolled into the safe zone.

General "Church" Dunn, delighted to once again inflict pain on the lowest bidding team, made his point clear when he suited up. "I’m not cheap..."

Without warning, and brandishing a new weapon, Admiral Jarlaxle Webb joined the fray. The disappearance of the SEAL Elite Marine unit, known as Breagan’Dearth, was conjecture to many rumors. Their leader, however, proved once again, how deadly the "Gun-for-hire" ex-SEAL’s can be!

By the end of the day, many of the players had welts. Several of the fighters had even drawn blood, from shooting at ranges too close.

The "Confused Ponies" dominated the battlefield!

The fighters of the "Flaming Pigeons" were left reeling from the addition of the appearance of Breagan’Dearth, and the training of General Dunn.

The "Cracked Carrion-Feeders" proved that discipline, will dominate.....

The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, all indications of a beautiful July summer day.





"Rainy River District weather", however, proving to be as predictable as a hurricane; suddenly, provided a moved a major thunderstorm front!





Lightening streaked across the sky and hail poured from the heavens, as Clan Pheonix Fire and military unit Crazy Horse engaged in battle. The hail from the sky, was as intense as the hail of paintball from the combatants of both teams!



The sky cleared again, and the sun shone upon the evidence of the battle. Not a single tree in the vicinity of Mountain Poker-Bush Fortress was without a fresh coat of paint!



The battles fought, were extremely fierce, evidence of a personal grudge match between the two teams.

July 2 / 07, proved to be as dynamic a display, as the fireworks the night before!!

Khan "Crusty" Keast, of Clan Broken Vulture, and Galaxy Commander Zzorhn Carlson of Clan Pheonix Fire, joined forces today; to take on the military might of Unit Crazy Horse.

Crazy Horse was conducting team trails, with Sargent Spectrum Lacroix, earning a promotion to Captain.
Leading the team of militants, was the Crazy Horse "tactician", Major Hammer Oakley.

The 2 vs 2 battles were precise in execution. Several ambushes and plots, by both teams, were a witness to the caliber of fighters present, and their experience and training!

Field Notes
Khan Crusty Keast dominated the field. A check of 2006 records indicate that, he passed last years records for kills and Broken Vulture team wins, IN ONE DAY!!

Team Crazy Horse proved that being "predictable" is not a good thing. Game 5, Captain Spectrum Lacroix and Major Hammer executed a brilliant maneuver that annulated Galaxy commander Zzorhn Carlson. They strategically predicted Zzorhn leaving the fortress, as a "dog on the hunt", and promptly ambushed him.

There are rumors of Crazy Horse getting automatic weapons, and cordless microphones.
